A mandatory, all-student retreat that kicks off the year with fun and learning all while surrounded by redwoods.
Over the course of a few days in the wilderness, attending workshops, classes, and other activities, the incoming freshman are transformed from individuals, cliques and groups of friends into a cohesive team with their class and other MarinSEL students. Activities include a Leadership Institute, Challenge courses, mindfulness training, outdoor physical activities, earth art projects, and more! The Leadership Retreat will take place Friday, August 17th through Sunday, August 19th at Westminster Woods in Occidental, CA.
